Update and an Apology

Well, I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaack!!
New hard drive has been installed and I'm slowly but surely uploading all my stuff back onto the newly restored comp.
It's going to be ages 'til I get it just right, but I'm getting there :)
I need to go through my PTU tubes to see what I've lost, which passwords I need again etc...oh gawd! it's going to be a while!
So please bear with me whilst I'm doing this.

My scrapkit creation will recommence soon - I hope!

Now, I've been PSPing for 4 years and I've managed to avoid major cock ups in that time (sticking within user guidelines etc) so I was bound to come a cropper eventually. And I have....

I used some of my favourite mask brushes in the creation of some of my masks - the creator of the brushes is Jackie aka bubblejaxxx. These brushes are excellent.
However, I didn't realise it's against her TOU to make my own supplies with her creations (ie. making masks!)



I have apologised to Jackie for the stupid error on my part and would now ask my blog visitors - IF you downloaded Vix_Mask353, Vix_Mask354 and Vix_Mask358 from this site, please DELETE them from your computer. They are not to be used. I have removed them from my blog and later today, will remove them from my tut site and re-zip the masks for download.



Out of the 365 masks I've made over the last couple of years - there are about 6 of them that have used her work, so I shall posting the numbers on my Goodies page on my tut site so if anyone downloaded them, they can be deleted.



When in the near future, I make some more masks, I shall - if I use brushes - ensure I find out any TOU's that the creators may have. I feel a complete gonk and sorry again to Jackie for this stupid balls up, it was not malicious and it was completely unintentional, but hey, I've lived and now I've learnt.
